Our topic: How to win! The magic bullet is your very own precinct list. Melahat Rafiei, OC Dems Executive Director will take about the precinct organization project. For those who want to get Al Gore on the ballot, we'll have a presentation from Lori, who is the OC Draft Gore coordinator. Petitions will be ready on October 8th, and we need to have our efforts organized to be ready to get those signatures.

August's meetup was our most popular yet, with a crowd watching Bill Moyers and his guests discuss why our constitution may need to be protected by impeachment. If you are interested, we'll have some materials at the September meeting on local impeachment activities.
